The Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing relationships with prospects and current customers and growing accounts in the greater Midwest through the promotion and selling of Svitla Systems’ service offerings. Vice Presidents of Sales or “Farmers” are vital members of the dynamic sales group here at Svitla Systems whose foundation is anchored on hard work, teamwork, integrity, accountability and enthusiasm.  This position requires exercising independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein and does require some travel.


Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with a team of Business Development Managers “Hunters” located in Ukraine who will partner with you in assisting in research, CRM build/management, cold calling, appointment setting and active campaigning
  • Work closely with a team of recruiters also located in Ukraine who will provide qualified candidates for open requirements
  • Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests  
  • Possessing strong listening, presentation, negotiating and closing skills
  • Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources
  • Ensure that our ZOHO CRM database is current and updated with accurate customer information
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service offerings
  • Meet/or exceed sales activity and productivity goals
  • Learn, follow and execute the Svitla Systems sales methodology  
  • Negotiating agreed upon contract terms with prospects and customers
