Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a FullStack Developer (Angular/.NET) (about 70% front-end / 30% back-end) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining n-tier applications using C#, Angular, Angular JS, .NET core, and PL/SQL.
- Experience creating and supporting APIs and web services, preferably RESTFul and SOAP.
- Experience in Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Proficient in working with relational databases such as Oracle.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe is a plus.
- At least upper-intermediate English level.
- Overlap till 8 pm UA (1 pm EST) is a MUST. Every quarter there are 3-day planning sessions (requires to work till [9-10 pm UA] 2-3 pm EST).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using Angular and AngularJS.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
- Create and support RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of backend services.
- Design and manage relational databases, particularly Oracle, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and server configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
