PRODUCT MANAGER

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically in integration-focused roles.
• Experience with GitHub projects or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills to effectively manage a substantial backlog of integration requests.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• A tactical mindset with the ability to align integration efforts with strategy.
• Very strong English.

Prioritization management:

• Analyze and prioritize over 100 integration requests in the backlog.
• Collaborate with account executives, sales engineers, alliance managers, and customer managers to understand and assess integration needs.
• Develop and implement a prioritization strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.

Communication:

• Actively communicate prioritization decisions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of integration development and address concerns raised by stakeholders.

Release orchestration:

• Oversee the release process for all integrations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to the customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules and resolve any potential conflicts.
