Svitla Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator/Project Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Poland.
* The candidate must be based in the Krakow area and able to visit our office at least once a week.
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales calls to present technical expertise and identify customer needs.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration with clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review job orders for the Poland region.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Address and resolve people management issues.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of RFPs.
- Manage Build-to-Order (BTO) projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies working with international clients.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience in sales activities and working on RFPs.
- Understanding of software development technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-team environment.
- Strong people management skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- High self-motivation with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to overlap with US hours if needed (until 8 PM CET).
- Ability to visit Krakow at least once per week.
