Svitla Systems is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Manager for a full time position in Krakow. On this position you will responsible for expanding portfolio of clients within Poland and European countries. You will play important role in developing local business in cooperation with management and recruitment team


  • 4+ years of experience in sales/business development/  key account management in the IT industry
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of social media channels
  • Good understanding of IT industry
  • Goal-oriented, Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent  communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, people-person
  • Good knowledge of Polish and European IT market
  • Readiness to travel occasionally


  • Developing company’s sales strategy for a local market
  • Searching for new clients and business opportunities in Poland and Europe
  • Work with CRM
  • Face to face /phone/skype meeting with clients
  • Identifying business strengths and customer needs
  • Gathering requirements from clients
  • Contracts’ review and negotiation
  • Close cooperation with local recruitment team
  • Participating in hiring process
  • Developing a solid  relationship between clients and company
