Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Node.js and React for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is the leading labor marketplace for IT field service, connecting companies and skilled technicians to do great work. They match contract IT and other freelancers with corporate clients through an online marketplace of 100,000 service providers. Businesses can grow their service offerings by building and deploying a flexible field services workforce in geographies across the U.S. and Canada, and technicians can find work that fits their schedule and skill set. The client’s mobile app provides real-time work order tracking, the ability to negotiate counteroffers, access to payment history, signature capture, and document uploading. They enable companies to find, hire, and pay contractors anywhere and efficiently manage their workforce. Founded in 2008, the company is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Knowledge of the NestJS framework is a huge plus (since it is used in the project).
- Understanding of building large-scale applications.
- Knowledge with OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of Postgres DB.
- Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, Event Sourcing, and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS).
- Good hands-on experience with writing end2end, integration, and unit tests for the code.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with automated CI/CD processes.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Golang.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing a feature connected with complex back-end logic for the client-worker part.
- Take part in team meetings, including daily stand-ups and backlog refinement sessions.
- Provide code refactoring when needed.
