SITE RELIABILITY CLOUD ENGINEER

• Expertise in writing codes (Ruby and Terraform), automating processes, and improving the reliability of systems.
• Proficiency in AWS Database and services serverless services such as ECS and IOT.
• Good knowledge of Ruby and expertise in creating clean Terraform modules.
• Expertise in investigating incidents in large-scale infrastructure and identifying the root cause.
• Hands-on experience in deployment with Docker and Kubernetes and/or similar technologies, with strong CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of Linux.
• Experience in presenting and communicating the architecture in a visual form.
• Experience in building tools for automation to manage IT Operations.
• Ability to work on incidents and determine the root cause to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

• Build global platforms across multiple cloud environments and regions using technology like Councource CI, Terraform, and Rugby.
• Work with the development teams to diagnose application and system design performance, reliability, and security issues.
• Enhance and support a build framework for continuous integration, deployment, and platform automation.
• Ensure underlying infrastructure runs efficiently and the systems and tools are working to minimize downtime.
• Work across different teams, mainly operations and development teams
