Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You play a critical role in various marketing activities that help the company grow. The main focus will be customer growth success through expansion and retention. This role will plan, develop, and execute marketing programs to drive expansion and retention within the customer base. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs. Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, an eye for quality, and connecting with an audience will be crucial.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, including but not limited to Marketing, Communications, Business, or commensurate experience.   
  • 6-9 years of experience in similar functions within a B2B environment, with expertise in producing content and channel-specific knowledge. 
  • Proficiency in working with demand generation and understanding demand generation best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and marketing automation platform, Microsoft Word.
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills dealing with executive-level audiences.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries and efficiently develop marketing materials/collateral based on input from cross-functional team members. 
  • Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and the volume of work.
  • Expertise in project management and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on delivering results in traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate superior leadership, presentation, planning ability, and verbal and written communication skills   .
  • Business acumen: translating business requirements into related solutions.   
  • Flexible with the ability to remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.   
  • Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations.   
  • Sound problem-solving technique with the ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies based on inputs from crucial group stakeholders and demonstrate an understanding of market factors, customer base, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor campaigns and coordinate resources to optimize effectiveness. 
  • Execute on-demand generation and promotional efforts based on guidance and input from Marketing Directors, Email Specialists, and group stakeholders.
  • Oversee CRM strategies and promotional lists to ensure the company’s growth, increase engagement, and engage with fellow marketers regarding best practices for email marketing, lead generation, and successful tactics for generating leads for sales.
  • Implement lifecycle engagement and communication programs that highlight the experience and success of current customers.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral for products and marketing campaigns. 
  • Help Marketing & Sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Create and maintain group event marketing plans with input from key stakeholders, develop budgets, integrate core messaging into event experiences, manage contracts, and be responsible for ensuring all equipment, furniture, and services are executed as planned.
  • Leverage data and conduct ongoing assessments against key customer marketing KPIs to measure performance and guide decision-making and optimization programs.
  • Manage the development and creation of tools, resources, and collateral to support sales and revenue growth.
  • Measure and report on the success of customer campaign performance and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their tasks as a real first-level manager, ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. 
  • Perform as a full authority for personnel actions.
