Svitla Systems is looking for a .NET Core Engineer (with React experience) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.

Key skills Include
- Proficiency in .NET Core/C#.
- Experience with React and front-end development.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum practices.
*Note: Experience with .NET Core and microservices on recent projects is a must.
*Important: In the descriptions of recent projects in your resume, there should be information about the project (domain/type of the product, etc. depending on your NDA), and your responsibilities with specified technologies you used.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a .NET Core Engineer or similar position
- Experience in .NET Core/C# and JavaScript development.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with microservices, service-oriented development, and cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.)
- Knowledge of continuous integration and release management tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, with a strong understanding of Scrum practices.
- Proficiency in SCM tools like Git, Subversion, JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Development and Enhancement:
– Develop and enhance the course player component using .NET Core and React.
– Implement microservices for various backend functionalities.
– Design and develop software applications, including project prototypes, proofs of concept, and client demos.
- Collaboration and User Experience:
– Work collaboratively with UI/UX teams to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
– Provide critical thinking and technical innovation to enhance product quality.
– Conduct design and code reviews for key application components.
- Communication and Project Management:
– Communicate effectively, including active listening and comprehending complex system requirements.
– Coordinate with the product owner and team members on schedules, task assignments, and progress updates.
– Actively participate in and contribute to Scrum meetings, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. If needed, take on Scrum Master responsibilities to facilitate these sessions and ensure Agile practices are followed effectively.
– Drive the development effort for on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Best Practices:
– Ensure scalability and reliability of the course player.
– Maintain high standards of code quality and enforce best practices through code reviews.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and continuously improve skills.
