BeQA Today

BeQA Today is a project that enables people with physical disabilities (who have severe forms of illness or multiple injuries) to receive free education and basic training in the field of software testing. Additionally, the program helps them obtain internships in Ukrainian IT companies or freelance. Svitla Systems has been supporting this project for a few years now.

Project objectives include:  Change life (giving knowledge of a new specialty and the ability to change lives).

• Motivation (give a goal for self-development in IT).
• Create a precedent (for IT companies that still do not have personnel with physical disabilities).
• Become an example (we want our students to become examples and share knowledge).
