Corporate Social Responsibility
Report 2025
Nataliya Anon
CEO and Founder
At Svitla Systems, we believe responsible business means creating value beyond financial results. It means supporting people, strengthening communities, and acting with care and consistency in the places where we live and work.
In 2025, our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts focused on meaningful, hands-on initiatives driven by our teams across regions. From long-term support for Ukraine and humanitarian aid to education, sustainability, wellbeing, and inclusion, our actions reflected the values we live by every day.
This report highlights the initiatives we supported throughout the year and the tangible impact created through the dedication of the Svitla community.
Support for Ukraine
Svitla for Kids
In the summer, Svitlers in Ukraine united to support first-graders whose parents were killed or went missing due to the war. Through the Svitla for Kids corporate initiative, we raised over $3,000 through teammate contributions and a company donation. These funds were directed to the public organization “Ukrainian Children's Dreams.” Together, we prepared 110 full school kits for first-graders, filled with essential supplies, creative tools, and branded bottles and bags to help children begin the school year with confidence and care.

Saluting Ukraine’s Defenders
On October 1, Ukraine’s Defenders Day, we paused to recognize those who protect Ukraine’s freedom, including defenders on the front lines, medics, volunteers, and their families.
For our Svitla teammates currently serving, we assembled special parcels with essential items and heartfelt messages from the Svitla Team. These gestures reminded them that we stay close, think of them, and await their safe return. We remain hopeful and determined, working toward a future where everyone can come home safely.

Lviv Anniversary With Purpose
To mark 16 years of Svitla Systems in Lviv, we partnered with the Help a Hero Foundation and their Hero7 Lab project.
Our team took part in a hands-on FPV drone workshop, assembling functional drones and learning how modern technology supports defenders on the front lines. Svitla also donated over $1,000 toward drone production. This initiative brought together celebration, innovation, and direct support for Ukraine’s resilience.

Supporting Ukraine Through Knowledge Sharing
Throughout the year, we raised donations through Svitla Smart Talks, a series of free technical webinars for developers worldwide. Together, we raised funds to support the production of FPV drones for the 23rd Special Purpose Battalion of the Presidential Brigade. In addition, we delivered 5 laptops and 2 monitors to the 80th Airborne Assault Galician Brigade to support frontline technical needs. This initiative demonstrated how learning, technology, and solidarity can work together to create meaningful impact.

New Year Support for Volunteer Initiatives
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in 2022, Svitla has consistently supported volunteer initiatives led by our teammates. Many Svitlers actively contribute to supporting Ukraine, and we are deeply proud of their commitment.
At the end of 2025, Svitla directed nearly UAH 500,000 to support 12 volunteer initiatives: 5 fundraisers were fully closed and 7 initiatives received significant reinforcement
These funds supported the purchase of vehicles, equipment for military units, FPV drones and components, communication tools, camouflage gear, heaters, medical supplies, and energy equipment for defenders and medics. We are sincerely grateful to our Svitla volunteers for their strength, dedication, and responsibility. Their actions reflect the values of the entire Svitla Systems community.

Education and Equal Access to Opportunity
Stanford Ignite Ukraine
In 2025, Svitla continued supporting Stanford Ignite Ukraine, a world-class educational program initiated by our Founder and CEO, Nataliya Anon, for talented Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
With the support of the Ukrainian Catholic University and the Ideas Center UCU, 42 Ukrainian entrepreneurs joined the program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Over three weeks in April and May, participants learned from leading experts and visited the headquarters of global technology companies including Google, Reddit, Meta, and Salesforce.
We remain proud to support Ukrainian entrepreneurship, especially during times of war, and wish every participant continued growth and success.

Smart Future Charity IT School
We continued our partnership with Smart Future, a charity IT school supporting children from underserved communities in Ukraine. In 2025, Svitla Systems donated $2,400 to help launch three new courses: Front-End Basics, Blender 3D, and Web Development. Each course welcomes 12 to 15 children, providing opportunities to explore the digital world, build creativity, and gain early skills for future careers in technology.

School #7 in Boryslav
Svitla Systems donated 12 widescreen monitors to School #7 in Boryslav, Ukraine, helping upgrade the school’s second computer science classroom. This initiative, led by our Founder and CEO Nataliya Anon, supports digital literacy and equal learning opportunities. Updated technology allows students to engage more deeply with computer science and develop skills essential for the future.

Environment and Sustainability
Argentina Training and Planting Initiative
In July, the Svitla Argentina team partnered with Fundación Emmanuel, a non-profit supporting vulnerable children and families in Buenos Aires. Together, they launched a training and planting initiative focused on growing fruit trees, shrubs, and flowers. This agroforestry effort helps restore land, fight deforestation, provide healthy food sources, and strengthen community bonds through shared knowledge.

Tree Adoption Week in Mexico
In July and August, the Svitla Mexico team partnered with Bosque Urbano de Extra for Tree Adoption Week. With the help of teammates, families, and friends, over 492 trees were adopted, helping absorb up to 75 tons of CO₂ annually. This initiative supports our commitment to measurable sustainability actions aligned with science-based targets.

Wellbeing, Inclusion, and Community Culture
Svitla Wellness Month
In July, Svitla launched Svitla Wellness Month, a company-wide initiative focused on mental and physical wellbeing. Throughout the month, Daria Lytovchenko, Certified Health Coach and Immunologist, led knowledge-sharing sessions on nutrition, movement, energy, productivity, and healthy routines. The initiative highlighted how flexibility, remote work, and community support contribute to a balanced lifestyle. In addition, teammates shared their favourite activities through the #MySportStory initiative and received Svitla sports kits. Activities ranged from cycling, yoga, volleyball, and table tennis to snowboarding, climbing, and field hockey.
