SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification

Recently, our very own Roman Ryltsev was accredited as a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager, a certification that has proven to be monumental in advancing his skills on a foundational level for numerous Project Management tasks. 

SAFe®, or Scaled Agile Framework®, is the leading framework for enterprise agility and has been adopted by 70% of Fortune 100 companies. It is focused on how to combine attributes of Lean thinking with Agile methodologies to deliver software and systems to market faster, with greater quality, and engaged employees.

To earn the SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager certification, Roman demonstrated elevated competence in handling customer needs, delivering value to the enterprise and the clients they work with. In addition, he was required to exhibit proficiency in Agile methodology, business case development, economic prioritization, Kanban, product development, program management, Scrum, and more.
