Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Delivery Center Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in India.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies working with international clients.
- Technical background and strong knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience in the requirements collection.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience in sales activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-team environment.
- People management skills and problem-solving abilities.
- High self-motivation with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Written and spoken English.
- Willingness to overlap with US hours if needed
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery team’s processes related to open positions in the India region.
- Clarify the requirements in collaboration with the PM.
- Identify potential issues related to position closures and propose solutions.
- Participate in the sales calls to identify customer needs.
- Close collaboration with the recruitment department to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Address and resolve people management issues.
- Work with Recruiting and HR to build a pipeline of candidates.
- Work on opportunities to reposition employees upon ending assignments.
- Help with closing of potential employees with the HR team.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the assigned location resources.
