Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an L2 Support Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Poland. Our client is a San Francisco-based company specializing in a full-stack AI platform for enterprise use. The platform supports numerous business functions, including content creation, automating tasks, marketing, HR, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. It leverages large language models (LLMs) that are highly auditable, cost-effective, and tailored to specific industry needs. It allows for secure data integration and generation within client ecosystems, supporting strict compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 standards. Businesses use it for diverse applications, from content generation to creating knowledge graphs that pull insights from internal data sources. Top enterprises like L’Oreal, Accenture, Dropbox, Spotify, and Uber have already utilized these solutions to enhance productivity and AI governance.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in software engineering.
- Knowledge of Terraform.
- Experience with Python and Scala.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance of the company cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of already developed platforms, based on AWS and GCP clouds, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Support scalable cloud automation to support seamless deployment for the largest enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud resources and enhance system reliability.
- Maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues affecting the reliability of the writing solutions.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of system failures to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve site reliability practices continuously.
L2 Support Engineer Activities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues escalated from L1 support.
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
- Monitor infrastructure and application alerts.
- Document known issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
- Support user requests via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Execute pre-approved scripts and configuration changes.
- Assist in patching and updates (OS, applications, security).
- Escalate unresolved issues to L3 or vendor support with proper documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution.
