Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Marketing Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider specializing in enabling organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide. The company offers Employer of Record (EOR) and global payroll services, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The solution assumes full legal responsibility for these employees, handling payroll, compliance, and employment regulations in various jurisdictions. Through its sub-brand, global unity analytics offers tools for tracking workforce data, which can help organizations optimize their hiring strategies and manage costs effectively. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, the company specializes in assisting organizations to efficiently and compliantly hire and manage employees in more than 170 countries.

 This role will focus on providing actionable insights through data and optimizing marketing operations with expertise in B2B marketing performance measurement, data visualization, and analytics automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with website KPIs, marketing attribution, forecasting, and campaign ROI analysis.
  • Solid understanding of marketing attribution, campaign performance measurement, data visualization, and analytics automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Spoken and written English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience with BI tools (Amazon QuickSight is preferred) for data visualization.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools for data integration and management.
  • Understanding of forecasting models and techniques.
  • Experience automating reporting workflows with scripting or tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, engagement, and conversions to inform digital marketing strategy.
  • Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards to measure campaign performance and lead management.
  • Implement and refine attribution models to assess the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Analyze the marketing and sales funnel to identify drop-off points and areas for optimization.
  • Develop predictive models for lead generation, campaign performance, and revenue forecasting.
  • Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives to guide future strategy and budget allocation.
  • Automate recurring reports to streamline analytics processes and improve real-time decision-making.
  • Use business intelligence tools (preferably Amazon QuickSight) to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
