The Opportunity
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Sales Development Representative for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica. Our client is a technology company that provides a comprehensive platform designed to assist high-net-worth families and their family offices in managing the complexities of their daily lives, providing a secure digital space to manage financial, legal, and personal affairs in one place. The solution emphasizes security with end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards. The business model revolves around offering a subscription-based service that streamlines family office operations and professional service teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination between family members, staff, and external advisors. The platform includes task management and document-sharing features to ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Experience with relevant sales tools.
- Experience in wealth management software usage and features.
- Experience working in a sales or relationship management position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to coaching and training.
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Responsabilities
- Act as a Sales Relationship Manager for prospects, position the client’s product as a solution and spend each day talking to potential members about the benefits of the client software and setting up demo calls for the client success team.
- Find creative ways to bring in more members via LinkedIn email campaigns and other outreach programs you design.
- Identify potential customers and research their potential for inclusion in your prospecting.
- Drive customer meetings for the client’s team through outbound emails and phone calls.
- Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate responses regarding how the software platform could help and the next steps.
- Facilitate the experience through the client’s sales funnel, ensuring client needs are met for the number of opportunities you originate.
- Conduct ad hoc projects that improve the client’s lead generation playbook and marketing position based on feedback.
