Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM systems and best practices.
- A solid understanding of business operations and the analytical capabilities to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams (your management of the Salesforce system will be pivotal to the efficiency and success of the business operations).

Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, workflows, and approval processes.

Lead the implementation of Salesforce applications.

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality and integrity continuously.

Interact regularly with global business units to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Provide support to users and train new end users on the Salesforce system.

Keep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Assist in the evaluation of AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact.

Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
