Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior CloudOps Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. The project: The engineering team is taking on challenges to improve the internal CRM system and create new products to optimize the seamless delivery of the services. As a CloudOps Engineer, you will be a core member of the CloudOps team managing Azure infrastructure and its operations for multiple PODS/teams. In this role, you will manage, maintain, and optimize all elements of infrastructure related to Azure services. You will be responsible for Infrastructure health and its performance
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with Azure cloud services.
- 4-5 years of experience with networking and network security.
- 4-5 years of experience with Terraform, ARM PowerShell, Bash/Python, Linux, Infrastructure as Code, and Azure AI.
- 3+ years of experience in automation managing and administering Kubernetes clusters.
- 2 years of experience with automatic service remediation methodologies using Datad og/Splunk or Zabbix alerts and events.
- 2 years of experience with FinOps optimizing Azure cloud costs.
- Expertise in troubleshooting & debugging in an agile software development team environment.
- Proven record of managing a combination of functional, conceptual, and technical knowledge to offer creative solutions.
- The ability to manage projects and uphold quality on a deadline, who can exhibit judgment regarding prioritization and overall team management.
- A highly motivated person with the ability to work independently.
- The willingness to maintain skills with a proactive work style.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Collaborative and teamwork-oriented with practical leadership skills
Nice to have :
- Azure Solutions Architecture Expert Certification.
- Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate Certification.

Responsibilities
- Complete ownership for managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure in enterprise production, development, and test environments.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for optimum price performance.
- Monitor infrastructure using Datadog and create automated remediation.
- Observe Azure costs and optimize spending month over month.
- Use Terraform to deploy changes and maintain the state.
- Implement appropriate policies, processes, and practices to ensure security and compliance.
- Manage and administer Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Work closely with App Ops, Engineering, and CloudOps teams to resolve complex problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployments
- Participate in security audits.
- Implement best practices for Kubernetes from security, configuration, and scalability perspectives.
- Support engineering teams deploy containers in Kubernetes.
- Manage service management and reliability SLAs.
- Continuously optimize infrastructure for efficiency and value
- Participate in FinOps activities.
