Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior React Native Mobile Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica.

Their multinational customer list includes nine top 10 consulting firms, hundreds of hedge funds, and many of the largest private equity firms and Fortune-ranked companies.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial experience in mobile development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the React Native framework, specifically for high-volume, reusable, low-latency mobile applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
- Understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS SDKs, as well as various versions of iOS & Android.
- Knowledge of patterns architecture such as the SOLID pattern.
- Understanding of Redux for state management, Saga, RESTful APIs, web services, JSON, and push notifications.
- Knowledge of Location Services, Maps, network connectivity services, and other shared iOS/Android libraries.
- Experience using Expo.
- Knowledge of EAS automated deployments.
- Experience with ES6 and ReactJS is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with test-driven development and the ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
- Strong communication skills and upper-intermediate level of English.

- Build and maintain systems in the product.
- Identify the right technical components/frameworks for the business requirements.
- Develop and maintain codebase, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the team to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Write high-quality, readable code that ensures application stability by extending and improving automated testing coverage.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and evaluate their potential applications within the organization.
