The Opportunity
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Technical Program Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a U.S.-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that delivers affordable, flexible, and contract-free mobile phone and internet services across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The company allows users to choose the network that best fits their coverage needs and to keep their existing phone and number or select new ones has been an early adopter of new technologies, including eSIM activation and the integration of all major U.S. networks, and continues to expand its plan options, bundles, and brand awareness. The company offers various monthly and annual plans, including options for light users, heavy data users, digital nomads, families, and business needs. Plans range from minimal data to unlimited 5G data, with options to pay monthly or annually at discounted rates.
We’re seeking a technically minded, hyper-organized Project Manager who thrives on turning chaos into clarity. You’ll be responsible for scoping, prioritizing, and managing projects across departments in this role. Your mission is to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and every initiative moves forward with precision and purpose. You’ll work directly with IT, Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, and Operations stakeholders, mapping out Level of Effort (LOE), planning sprints, aligning with exec priorities, and ensuring everyone’s rowing in the same direction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Asana, Slack, and similar project management ecosystems.
- Experience running sprints and managing Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (native or fluent English speaker).
- Be confident in leading internal and partner calls across time zones.
- Deep understanding of how to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Experience using AI tools in the workplace (bonus points if you’ve automated chaos).
- Be comfortable in a remote-first environment with high autonomy.
- Bias for action, clarity, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to deeply scope technical and cross-functional projects.
- Define and document LOE with clarity and confidence.
- Break down workstreams into actionable tasks and sprint cycles.
- Manage and update project timelines using JIRA, Asana, and other tools.
- Facilitate sprint planning and retros with cross-functional teams.
- Keep stakeholders aligned with weekly updates and clear progress tracking.
- Act as the central point of contact between executives and teams.
- Lead internal and external calls with precision and purpose.
- Ensure every voice is heard, but decisions are made swiftly.
- Align project priorities with leadership and business objectives.
- Flag blockers early, propose solutions fast, and keep projects moving.
