Kinoo is a fast-moving startup that connects kids and their families in our post-Covid world by providing nurturing learning experiences via enhanced family co-play through the merging of AR, AI and video chat. We started our partnership with Svitla’s Mexico Division in August 2021 in order to speed up our platform development and engage more users through the Amazon marketplace. This approach is most convenient as we share the same time zone and work timeframes. We genuinely feel that Svitla Team became an extension of our onsite team, and help us move our product forward faster.

I would like to personally thank Svitla for their support over the years and give praise to the developers they have provided us, all of them. We’ve worked with other outsourcing firms in the past and, generally speaking, they have all had disappointing results. The exact opposite has been the case with Svitla. The contributions made by your developers have been critical in getting us to where we are today as a company.

Svitla engineers worked efficiently with US counterparts on all aspects of our platform from back-end and front-end architecture, dev-ops and cloud scaling, to ongoing agile feature development and 3rd party integrations. Our long term Svitla Team members were paramount in executing our vision reliably, with quality, and in a cost-effective way.

When I needed software developed for my Zfone VoIP encryption project, I had limited budget to work with- Fortunately, I started working with Svitla Systems, they got the job done. I am still using them and plan to keep doing so.

Svitla’s employment practices were perfectly aligned with what we needed at Portfolium to build out our iOS App. Their engineers work FULL time on your project, as if they’re one of your own. They make sure to find the right person that culturally fits the product they’re building, and makes sure the engineer is excited to work for you vs. just filling a contract.

Our Svitla Development Team has been indispensable. They were able to immediately fill a skill set need that we had, and have continued to provide expertise in that area for over the last year. The team pushes hard towards deadlines and is flexible with their hours in order to work with our team in the US. They bring a lot of passion and creativity to their work, and we consider them an integral part of our engineering organization.

We tried using Upwork and other sites to find people on our own, but we ended up wasting a lot of time on terrible applicants. With Svitla, we know that every person we speak to will be qualified and willing to do the job. It takes most of the hassle out of the process of acquiring new talent within our budget.
