A world leader in online security with more than 435m active users. They invested in trusted digital identity, long an issue for consumers and businesses. Svitla Systems engaged in the project to help the onsite team avoid adverse situations when consumers lose control of their digital identities.

• Improve consumers’ identification processes in terms of security, accessibility and convenience.
• Optimize performance of the Personal Identification (PI) system by tailoring it to identification and regulatory procedures in different countries.
• Improve the Remote Admin tool which allows trusted administrators to remotely configure end-user computers (ex. installing software, cleaning redundant files, etc).
• Improve UI-UX design of existing web\mobile apps solutions and services.
• Integrate 3rd-party financial systems to improve billing processes.

• Employed best security practices across various cloud infrastructure components, including improvements to AWS instance security, in-cloud networking, and user activity monitoring.
• Ensured high-quality development and correct deployment of new features for the PI system, conducting continuous testing and deploying from the code base to AWS EC2 instances.
• Migrated the Admin Help tool from an old monolithic architecture to a new microservices-based one, incorporating newer technologies and software versions to enhance performance.
• Created new design templates to standardize the development of future products in a unified style.
• Utilized Figma plugins to create dark and light themes for desktop and Android applications.
• Implemented a new method for data integration and synchronization between the customer platform and third-party providers via APIs using REST, HTTPS, JSON.
