- Improve consumers’ identification processes in terms of security, accessibility and convenience.
- Optimize performance of the Personal Identification (PI) system by tailoring it to identification and regulatory procedures in different countries.
- Improve the Remote Admin tool which allows trusted administrators to remotely configure end-user computers (ex. installing software, cleaning redundant files, etc).
- Improve UI-UX design of existing web\mobile apps solutions and services.
- Integrate 3rd-party financial systems to improve billing processes.

- Employed best security practices across various cloud infrastructure components, including improvements to AWS instance security, in-cloud networking, and user activity monitoring.
- Ensured high-quality development and correct deployment of new features for the PI system, conducting continuous testing and deploying from the code base to AWS EC2 instances.
- Migrated the Admin Help tool from an old monolithic architecture to a new microservices-based one, incorporating newer technologies and software versions to enhance performance.
- Created new design templates to standardize the development of future products in a unified style.
- Utilized Figma plugins to create dark and light themes for desktop and Android applications.
- Implemented a new method for data integration and synchronization between the customer platform and third-party providers via APIs using REST, HTTPS, JSON.
