Our client is an AI technology company based in Silicon Valley. Its mission is to make recruiting delightful and efficient for everyone. The company addresses the traditional inefficiencies of lost applicants due to poor candidate experience, the high cost of recruiting due to overburdening hiring teams with menial tasks, and lack of visibility and control for HR leadership. It is re-inventing recruiting by bringing the recruiting process to the applicant rather than taking the applicants to the recruiting process.
- Extend the existing team to build a front-end for the recruiting system.
- Recreate the front-end part from scratch instead of the previous solution.
- Build a new front-end for analytics and statistic subsystem.
