A Sleek User Experience Awarded Kentico Site Of The Year 

Top Parks was a well-known and established brand that Discovery Parks wanted to progress forward and more closely align with their new rewards package – G’DAY Rewards. As part of this rebrand, they required an enhanced website with an improved user experience to address several shortcomings in the customer journey.  

Svitla’s User Experience Team focused on delivering a cleaner look and feel with more white space to remove distractions. This allowed the park imagery to really draw customers in, while subtle hints of color throughout highlighted key details such as price points and calls to action.

Svitla collaborated with the Discovery Parks team throughout the entire user experience design process, working through numerous rounds of presentations and adjustments until the final product achieved the project’s initial goals:  

• The checkout process was simplified to remove annoying and confusing steps.  

• Key details were clearly called out for users to identify when required, without the need to hunt them down.  

• Mobile visitors grew significantly, so the experience was rebuilt to match. 

From here, Svitla worked with a third-party developer to build the final production site.
