BI/DATA ANALYST

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills for extracting actionable insights, experience with BI technologies, and in-depth Power BI expertise (dataflows, datasets, and visualization).
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and expertise in data modeling. 
• Demonstrated experience manipulating data with tools like Google BigQuery (or similar).
• A meticulous approach, effective communication of complex findings, and comfort with independent project management.
• Upper-intermediate-level of English.

• Dive into diverse data sources to collect and organize data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that contribute to strategic business decisions.
• Craft visually compelling reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Propose and implement automated solutions to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Meticulously document designs, requirements, and user manuals for business intelligence solutions.
