JIRA ADMINISTRATOR

• Experience in Jira administration and support.

• Provide project administration for Jira Software, including project creation, customizations, and automation.
• Integrate Jira software projects and Jira service management projects.
• Integrate the Jira platform with other systems such as GitHub, ServiceNow, KACE, internal systems, etc.
• Work with Jira migration teams and post-migration DE teams to solve migration issues.
• Provide training sessions for system admins and end-users on effectively using and managing Jira instances.
• Create documentation, including user guides and system administration manuals, to support ongoing usage and maintenance of the Jira instances.
• Connect with stakeholders to define the path forward and provide status reports.
• Provide support for Jira stakeholders and users.
