SENIOR DATABASE DEVELOPER

• Expert knowledge of MS SQL and MongoDB (or other NoSQL DBs) using RESTful APIs and database-as-code deployments (Entity Framework and dbproject).
• Some exposure to data science and machine learning (knowledge of the concepts, knowledge of vector databases, etc.).
• BA/BS in a technical or related area (preferably technical design or software development).
• Strong skills in project and people management, with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter and fast learner.
• Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with technical solid presentation skills.

• Develop and maintain high-performance databases using MS SQL and MongoDB, focusing on efficient schema design and optimization.
• Create RESTful APIs for seamless integration with applications and services, ensuring security and adherence to standards.
• Implement database-as-code deployments with Entity Framework and dbproject for streamlined development workflows.
• Support data science initiatives by optimizing database structures, integrating machine learning models, and facilitating data access and analysis.
• Ensure security, compliance, and documentation standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
• Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
